Nerdiology.com - My Look into the World

December 2nd, 2007

Introducing my latest website, nerdiology.com which is a simple photography website showing my photography portfolio from flickr.

The site is simply a script that uses Flickr’s API in a smart & eye catching implementation using Flogr

Flogr is a photoblog application for flickr that let’s you display your flickr photos (including EXIF data), sets, tags, comments, and slideshows on your website through the customizable flogr interface.

It is powered by PHP, MySQL, and Flickr. It is an easy to setup and easy to customize alternative for folks that currently hack their own photoblog using MT or Wordpress, or those trying to make Gallery or Pixelpost work with Flickr. If you use Flickr and want to have your own photoblog, but don’t want to hack blog software or upload the same pictures multiple times (to flickr and pixelpost for example) then Flogr may be what you’re after.
