Youtube.com 500 Internal Server error message!

Just now, my Trivander colleague Saif bhai saab sent me a link to youtube.com over MSN and this is what was there on the page!

A “500 Internal Server Error Message” on youtube’s homepage! although the site is fully working, tried this from some youtube history searches!

Could it be that someone hacked youtube?
